There are 2 variants to join our classes : 1. Come to beginner Pole Dance course 2. Join drop-in classes In the 1st variant you choose a particular group, for example Tue and Thu at 10:00 , you get 8 pole classes and a photo session at the end of the course. Price 80eur. In the 2nd variant you register to the classes yourself online and can come at different times. Classes that we offer here : Pole Dance, Streching, Exotic, Poleography, Dance Acrobatics, Flow Spins. You can come to a trial class according to a regular classes timetable. For that please choose the day and time and let us know. One class is 15 EUR. After the class you can choose if you wish to buy a course or stay with regular classes.

CLASSES: POLE DANCE – learn different tricks and spins paying attention to strength exercises and physical shape development STRETCHING – one of the most important classes for every dancer, we work on our body’s flexibility and release muscle tension. POLEOGRAPHY – learn a dance routine around pole, paying attention to movements smoothness and endurance development DANCE ACRO – learn basic acro floorwork elements and their combinations with music, improve grace and flexibility. In this class we dance without pole. EXOTIC – dance in heels, every class we lean a choreography around pole, paying attention to small details and smooth sensual movements.
