Dear girls, this autumn is gonna be very HOT and full of amazing workshops! ; ))We are super excited to be hosting once again Studio TRASH workshops, and this time represented by its amazing instructor Erika Yakovleva on 23rd September.

Erika has visited us several times already, but her abilities are stunning and just never enough! One of the best teachers we have had the honour to be learning from, so join us for this amazing experience.
Just to remind you, Studio TRASH is home to some of the most famous pole dancers in the world like Olga Trifonova and Kira Noir,
15.00 – 16.30 Trash-Mix Pole Dance
Starting with dynamic warm up and combos made of different spins and jumps, followed by lots and lots of different tricks combinations, using strength, splits, and flexibility, Erika is going to share her own creations and know-hows. Erika is ready to help you at any level you are at the moment.

16.45 – 18.15 Super TRASH Stretching
The secrets of effective stretching and flexible back. We are going to be learning what it means to stretch correctly alone and with a partner. Minus splits and more flexible back are our goals!

18.30 – 20.00 Exotic Pole Dance (1 person per pole)
We are going to be practising using our femininity and grace in combinations created by Erika herself. We will see how your hair, hands, gestures can make you even more beautiful. In this sensual dance we are going to be using both strength and flexibility, the whole length of the pole and will get a little surprise at the end ; )
